Engineering Capabilities

We develop the concept from customer's requirements and make designs and evolve specifications using 3-D models, Motion analysis and FEA software etc.

ALPHA STAGE - Drawing Validation: We make initial prototypes to validate the drawing dimensions and parameters. If required, modify the drawing in consultation with the customer to suit end product assembly requirements. The results along with the samples are submitted to the customer for their approval.

BETA STAGE - Design Validation: We make next set of prototypes based on customer's feedback on ALPHA STAGE and conduct extensive tests on custom-built test rigs to validate the designed parameters of the product.

GAMMA STAGE - Process Validation: After successfully passing the BETA STAGE, pilot batch from the designed production line is processed and supplied to be fitted in the end product to validate the consistency of production process.
